It’s so much more beneficial for us to focus on what we can change. Don’t like your weight? Well don’t focus on the fact that there isn’t a gym by you… focus on the fact you can work out at home, you can control what you eat, you can control how much water you drink, you can find an online personal trainer.
Somehow we have gotten into this narrative that everything is out of our control. Most people just walk around acting helpless, looking to pin the misery of their lives onto other people or circumstances. Control your change, take ownership of your life, and watch what happens when you reclaim your power.
