Challenge Your Limits

There is a saying “Don’t limit your challenges.  Challenge your limits.”

How often do we limit our challenges so we can be in our comfort zone?  A lot.

How does that serve you though?  Does it make you feel better by not failing?

For me, there is no greater fear than not excelling up to my potential.  I like to look at it like “why not”? Why would I not want to give 120% every day? What am I to gain by not pushing myself?  What do I have to lose by taking a risk?

The only way we can ever truly test our capabilities and experience total fulfillment is by challenging our limits.

Stop falling into the trap of being comfortable.  Push yourself out of your comfort zone, challenge your limits, and watch the opportunities that come about.

The best book I have read about someone challenging themselves was by David Goggins.  Having a Goggins mental mindset, you break that comfort zone.
